Looks like Matt's taking Lynne to Sizzler tonight!
Matt started to feel bad about his pay scale, until he happened to see Johnny Depp's check. Just $48.76 for a whole day's work. Wow. That's rough.
Matt always thought the Big Stars made more than that.
One thing that Matt did want to point out about Mr. Depp, particularly since Matt said all those awful, horrible, nasty, terrible, appalling things behind his back.
From ALL reports, Johnny Depp could not be a nicer guy. One of the rules for being an Extra is that you're not supposed to talk to the Stars. They're working so the rest is interference.
Well, Johnny (sure, Matt can call him Johnny) was universally reported as being nice to everyone. He even agreed to take a picture with one of the extras, which is normally a no-no.
And check out this video from when Johnny filmed in Aurora. Remember, this is after he had worked an 11-hour day. It was raining, cold and past midnight. Still, he took time to shake everyone's hand who waited, signed autographs and chatted for a few seconds with several of kids. There's lots of stories out there about him.
Sure, he gets paid a lot of money. But he didn't have to do that.
Pretty cool.
