A cable guy is leaning his ladder up against a telephone pole. He falls off the ladder and lands on a metal fence with 6-inch spikes on top. The spikes went THROUGH HIS LEGS.The guy was just dangling there.
And he was still conscious.
And Matt was right there. He almost had to help the paramedics unstick him.

And after it was all over, Matt called his mom.
"Mom, you'll never believe what just happened."
"What?!" she answered, excitedly thinking about the grandchild on the way.
"Oh wait, it's really gross."
"Ok, well now you've got to tell me..." she said, hesitantly.
"A guy got impaled on a fence! It was unbelievable!"
